How do I track my order?
Simply log in to HarvestResources.org with your registered customer information and click on the “view order” link under “recent orders” to view the shipping information.

How long will it take for my order to process?
Typically orders will be processed within one business day. Please note for time senstive orders: orders received after 1 PM Pacific Time will process on the next business day.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology available commercially to keep your information safe.

What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard or Visa.

Can I estimate shipping and tax before I complete my order?
Yes. After you have added an item to your Shopping Cart, scroll down to the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” section, enter in your state and zip code, click “Get a Quote” and all your shipping options will be presented along with any tax which will be charged on the order.

What are my shipping options?
We ship FedEx exclusively. We also offer a will call/pick up option for those who live in the area.

What is Harvest Resources?
Harvest Resources is a ministry within Harvest Christian Fellowship (one of America’s largest churches) in Riverside, California, where Greg Laurie is Senior Pastor. Harvest Resources exists to provide the resources developed and proven at this church to other churches, ministries, book sellers and individuals… “resources from the church, for the church.” We seek to know God and make Him known. Harvest’s foundation began over thirty years ago. "Looking back," says Pastor Greg, "I can see God's hand at work from the very beginning. It has always been a part of God's plan for us to know Him and make Him known. I encourage you to do the same."

I have a coupon… how do I use it?
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply scroll down to the “Discount Codes” box, enter in your coupon code and click “Apply Coupon.” Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers. Any particular coupon can only be used once per customer. The coupon value is applied ONLY to order subtotal; it does not apply to shipping, handling, etc.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
We endeavor to have ample quantities of all products in stock for you at all times. However, if your order quantity of an item is one and the item is out of stock, you will be advised this item is out of stock and can not be ordered at this time. If your order quantity exhausts the available inventory (say 100 are in stock and you order 101), you will be shipped and billed for 100 units. You will see a note on the check out page stating “This product is not available in the requested quantity. 1 of the items will be backordered.”

I have a retail oulet (I am a reseller) in the state of California but was charged tax on my order. In the future, how can I purchase from Harvest Resources and not be charged CA tax?
By receiving a California Sellers Permit number from the state Board of Equalization. Go to: www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe400spa.pdf, and request form BOE-400-MIP. Fill it out, submit your form and the state will issue you a Sellers Permit number. Then log in to HarvestResources.org and click account information. Enter your new permit number, click Save and you're all set!

How do I add items to My Wishlist?
When viewing a product, click on the blue “View Details” button (next to the yellow-orange “Add to Cart” button). Scroll down on that page (the View Details page) and directly under the yellow-orange “Add to Cart” button on that page you will see the text “Add to Wishlist”. Click on that link and you will add that item to your Wishlist. You will be routed to Your Wishlist page. From here you can continue shopping, access your account information, add a comment for that item on your Wishlist, share your Wishlist with others, add the item(s) to your cart or remove the item(s) from Your Wishlist.
