Enter In, the most recent offering from the Harvest Worship Band features a collection of 11 brand new songs that are the overflow of the ministry of the worship leaders at Harvest Christian Fellowship, (Pastored by Greg Laurie, featured speaker for the Harvest Crusades) in Riverside, CA.
Many of these songs have been inspired by the special Pastor/Psalter relationship that has been developed between worship leaders, Bill Batstone, Raymond Gregory, J. Hanz Ives and Steve Wiggins with Pastor Greg.
The song "A Heart That Burns For You" is a great example; written to accompany a message given by Pastor Greg about the two disciples on the way to Emmaus after Christ's crucifixion and resurrection. The song reminds us that as the Word of God comes alive to us our hearts burn with passion to serve and love Jesus. Also, the song "Looking For Heaven" was written to accompany a series of studies about heaven, reminding us to keep our minds fixed on things above and that our true citizenship is in heaven.
These songs, along with the others, that are born out of week-in week-out ministry, are sure to inspire the listener to reflect on the attributes of God, His Son and the Holy Spirit and will bring great reminders of the truth of Scripture about Who God is and who He is calling His children to be.
