  1. we are absolved from works-based salvation, but not from the responsibility to believe, repent, and follow the Lord. Review by M.

I have enjoyed your messages which are part of “The Greatest Stories Ever Told,” leading up to Christmas. While we celebrate the birth of our Lord, you have pointed us to Scripture that focuses on the reason for His birth, taking us from the cute little baby to the sinless Savior bloodied and crucified to take upon Himself the punishment deserved by sinners.

Our battle cry, “It is Finished,” reminds me that we are absolved from works-based salvation, but not from the responsibility to believe, repent, and follow the Lord.

Thank you for putting that front and center this Christmas season.

  • I'm starving for the Word.... Review by P.

I am an inmate and I have struggled in my walk with the Lord many years. I grew up in a Christian home and went off the path in rebellion and using drugs. I am 37 years old and am finally in a love relationship with the Father Jesus Christ. I listen to Greg Laurie on my radio every Sunday and every chance I get. I'm starving for the Word of God more than ever before.
I have no money to donate but I am praying for the ministry. I will not forget the blessings of all you have done for me, however I would very much love to be blessed with your book "the Greatest Stories Ever Told". I have an 11 year old son. I would love to be able to pass the book down to him when I go home this year. He loves to read and is an advanced reader. I enjoy all your books and plan on getting my own Harvest: Greg Laurie library when I get out also. Thank you in advance.
