The church in Thessalonica was a newly planted work, when Paul and his missionary team were forced to leave town. A year later, the believers were standing strong in their faith, but had some questions about the last days. So Paul’s two letters, written about year after the church got started, were in response to those questions and concerns. As a result, we have some keen insights into such last days events as the Rapture, the Tribulation Period, the emergence of the Antichrist, and other end times events. These insights and instructions help us then, as last days believers, to be “Living For His Return.”
